- The product must be returned in its original packaging, undamaged, and in an unchanged condition, unless the damage was noticeable at the time of receiving the shipment.
- The customer is responsible for the cost of the return shipment, unless the product was delivered faulty or in a different form than ordered.
- Upon receiving the returned product, the refund will be processed within 14 business days.
- Custom-made products or perishable goods are not eligible for return.
